We open with an Embarrassing Fact: a real AI story that sounds made up, with its source.
Short talks with real numbers
Operators show how they use AI, with results, costs and what went wrong. 7 to 10 minutes each.
Live lookup
Someone looks up the terms and papers mentioned in each talk and shows them on screen.
Small-group conversations
Short rounds in small groups. The groups change each round, so you meet more people.
Introductions after
Within 48 hours, we introduce you to three people. Both sides agree first.
