Seven rules for every event
They apply to every event, speaker and sponsor.
House rules
Rule 1: Share real numbers
Speakers show real results: before and after, costs, time saved and what didn’t work. If a speaker needs privacy, the talk runs under the Chatham House Rule.
Rule 2: Show what you use
Speakers demo the tools and processes they use every day. A live demo beats slides.
Rule 3: No sponsor pitches
Sponsors don’t pitch from the stage. A sponsor can take a slot only when its customer presents the results. We never sell or share the guest list.
Rule 4: No selling or recruiting
Don’t sell or recruit at our events. If you do, you lose your spot.
Rule 5: A curated mix
We invite a mix of founders, operators and builders. Membership starts with an application.
Rule 6: Prepared introductions
Tell us what you’re working on and what you can offer others. Within 48 hours after an event, we introduce you to three people. Both sides agree first.
Rule 7: Something useful from every event
Every format ends with something practical: a process, a decision, a working automation or a list of next steps.
What is the Chatham House Rule?
You can use what you hear, but you can’t say who said it. It lets speakers share real numbers. That’s why some speakers are listed only by role and company size.
