We’re looking for operators and founders who can show a process that works, with real numbers: results, costs, time saved and what went wrong. Talks are 7 to 10 minutes.

The process and tools you use, and the numbers before and after.

What we ask of speakers

  • Show it live

    Demo the tool or process you use. Live demos work better than slides.

  • Share one real number

    Before and after, cost or time saved. Include what didn’t work, too.

  • 7 to 10 minutes

    Then questions from founders and operators.

  • Chatham House Rule if needed

    People can use what you share but can’t say who shared it. The event page lists you by role and company size.
